The attached image is pretty self explanatory and clearly indicates that Google has enhanced its search suggestions by adding the first website of the SERPs in the suggestions. This is another great step towards better usability as searchers do not need to land on the search results page first to click the Topmost result.
Infact, this is just like adding "I'm Feeling Lucky" button in the search suggestions too.
